Automechanika 2012

FTE automotive Presents Hydraulics for Dual-Clutch Transmissions and Remanufactured Brake Calipers

From September 11 to 16, 2012, FTE automotive will present its new, futuristic stand at the Frankfurt trade fair "Automechanika" in hall 2, C/59. The focus for 2012 is on one of the company's in-house developments: hydraulics for automated gearshifts and dual clutch transmissions.

These hydraulic controls for gear actuating cylinders and clutch actuating cylinders, which are characterized by powerful cost- and energy-saving technology, are developed by FTE automotive according to customer requirements. The structured design makes use of proven FTE technology, with the required pressures being generated only when necessary and free of leaks.

The remanufactured brake calipers, which are produced in house and were added to the company's range of products at the end of last year, will also be showcased at the trade fair stand. This green technology conserves resources, helps to protect the environment and supplements FTE automotive's expertise in the field of brake hydraulics.

The redesigned and updated Aftermarket catalogs have been published just in time for Automechanika. The passenger vehicle catalog was issued separately for the first time due to the high number of references to brakes and clutches. In the commercial vehicles area, a catalog for heavy goods vehicles and a publication for light commercial vehicles are now available. The product range has expanded significantly in 2012 and now features approximately 1500 additional part numbers. In addition to the printed editions, the catalogs are also available on CD or online at
