Brake Pressure Tester

For accurate measurement of hydraulic brake systems and reliable leakage inspections, this device features both a low- and a high-pressure guage. You connect the tester to the hydraulic system using plug-in connectors and adapters that are screwed in where the bleeder valves are normally attached.

Features

  • Low-pressure range: 0 to 9.5 bars
  • High-pressure range: 0 to 250 bars
  • Accessories: high-pressure hose and seven different adapters

Brake Fluid Tester

This tester excels with its ease of use and precise measurements. It’s a handy tool for making quick recommendations to customers. LEDs indicate the moisture content of glycol-based brake fluid and show if it needs to be changed. The acid-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced housing is made of shockproof, nonbreaking ABS polymer.

Features

  • Quick and easy to use
  • Cost-effective
  • Lightweight housing
  • Results appear in seconds

Impluse Filling and Bleeding Device

This practical unit lets a single person safely flush, fill, and bleed all common clutch and brake systems including ABS, EDS, ESP, and SBC. A pulsating stream of fluid reliably eliminates air bubbles in the hydraulic system, while an automatic self-bleeding feature makes sure that the fluid runs free of bubbles. An automatic cutout function prevents air from entering the hydraulic system. Electrohydraulic suction ensures complete evacuation of the reservoir. A special test function even detects leaks at low pressures.

Benefits

  • Filling pressure infinitely adjustable between 0 and 3.5 bars
  • Mobile
  • Fits brake fluid drums from 5 to 20 liters

Boiling Point Tester

The only way to precisely determine the boiling point of brake fluid is to heat it until it boils. Our boiling point tester does exactly that. It heats the brake fluid to boiling point, then after a few seconds shows the result on a digital display. The device is very easy to handle and use, excelling with clear, simple menu-driven user guidance. It also tells you if the brake fluid needs to be changed. Our tester is suitable for use with all glycol-based brake fluids (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1).

Brake Fluids

We offer you exactly the right brake fluid for every requirement. Our brake fluids have a wide range of thermal applications and meet the technical requirements of the different vehicle types. Since brake fluid is hygroscopic, i.e. water is absorbed over time, we recommend changing the brake fluid regularly. Only the timely change ensures the full Performance of the braking System in all driving situations.
